November 28th 2019 Day 147
Waited out a Cabo rain storm while completing housekeeping, provisioning
at Walmart and getting the boat shipshape for the next passage to LaPaz,
spending the evening with dinner on shore.
Friday, November 29th 2019 Day 148
San Jose Del Cabo to La Paz, Mexico
132 nm 20 hrs
We intentionally waited to leave San Jose Del Cabo at 1pm.
That made our arrival time at LaPaz, Marina Cortez at 9am.
And that is how it turned out! The girls had the night shift,
helping to keep each awake over night on the radio,
while the dudes relaxed or napped.
We don't use prescribed watches, it's more like go with the flow.
We use the watch berth in the pilot house at will, play games,
dig out food at when hunger pangs and play music when the darkness encompasses you.

| I introduced myself to the dentists right away. They had only two dental chairs with units. They work without hygienists or assistants, doing their own sterilization. |

| There was a Christmas bizarre at the neighboring marina. 11 year old Everest entertained us with his bad blues! He travels with his parents on S/V Pandion (68') and loves every bit of their cruising life style. We continued to cross paths with them and I even got a guitar lesson from him. |

| There is a farmers market off the Malecon every Tuesday and Saturday. I tried to never miss it! |

January 8th 2020, day 188 We left a 7am fueled up in La Paz. We were underway
56nm 8.5 hours, dropped the hook at 3:30 in the De Los Muertos Bahia for a good
nights sleep. The following day was an overnight cruise 190 nm miles to Mazatlan.
